Yes!!! I hate even going to the store because of it,...I would much rather stay home with a bathroom close by

I find going out requires preparation, and yet there's no guarantee that I won't run into a problem. I use the bathroom before leaving the house and make sure I am wearing some type of bladder protection. I have a bag in the car for emergencies with a change of clothes. When I enter an unfamiliar place I scan out the closest restroom facilities. I have been embarrassed on a number of occasions, when I couldn't get to a bathroom in time. However, I still go out because I know psychologically it is not good for me to remain confined at home. There are times when I really can't leave home, that's when I enjoy visitors. Whether you opt to go out or stay home, it is important to stay connected with other people. I wish you well.

No me too... I isolate myself. I enjoy being alone and just think. It seems like I get annoyed of people and have to get away.

@ATeamWilliams Is your problem urgency? Or do you go without realizing or with no warning? I plan my trips very carefully and I know where I can go to use the bathroom. As far as my friends, they are warned and have been understanding. I also take a medication for urgency that has been quite helpful: Vesicare. Someone on here mentioned botox injections into the bladder to alleviate overactive bladder so that might be an option. I know it's frustrating and can be embarrassing. It can affect every aspect of your life from going on trips to your relationships. I hope you find something that helps! Love your hair! :-P
