Make sure that you're drinking plenty of fluids, keep away from salt, and keep your feet up. Let your doctor know. I hope you feel better soon.

Yes my legs and ankles swell so bad. No answers from Drs either! I'm moving to Washington State in a few months. Hopefully cooler. Heat sensitivity is one of my worse annoyances as well as my salami legs and feet!

Drink plenty of water, get air conditioning if you don't already have it and ask your Dr what's going on....

same here, I'm also on Tysabri and with the weather getting warmer you need to stay hydrated and in a cool place, my left side, especially my left hand is very sensitive to the heat and my finger swell and I have trouble grasping anything, it's very frustrating. Stay cool!!
