How Or What Do You Do For Extreme Fatigue?

A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am having horrible fatigue. I have my pain under control for the most part but still have no energy. I'm taking supplements multi, b12, 100,000 IUs of vitamin d. My vitamin d is up from a 4 to a 23. But I still feel sluggish and just want to sleep all the time
What or how do you do to combat extreme fatigue?

Talk to your doc. I take nuvigil for times I'm feeling the way you described. I did take it daily for a while but eventually was able to limit usage for the really tough fatigue days.

I like 5-HTP supplement, writhed great for me when I was fatigued last year. I've been on it ever since.

I have been taking Provigil and so far it is working nicely to combat my fatigue. Without it I tend to sleep all day.

I have taken provigil which was great but effectiveness wore off after a few years. Now I take Ritalin. Makes it possible to get out of bed which is a good thing.

I take Nuvigil too. It's a narcolepsy med so if you don't get the dose right you can be awake for too long. Once they got my dosage right I was good to go. I am able to take as I need now too.
