I also had 0. I have since read that only about 5% of those diagnosed as PPMS have 0, making us an even smaller group within a small group. There is speculation that we should have yet another designation, and that we are possibly not even MS as it is commonly known. Very frustrating, as if it wasn't frustrating enough already.

I had 14 bands but will never do a lumbar puncture again.... That was the worst 3 weeks of all time.

I have 2.87 unique bands from CSF. NONE in serum. No diagnosis yet. I go back in six months for another MRI SCAN.

I agree! Been so frustrated the last six months, crappy docs and being told all I needed was anti depressants
