@A MyMSTeam Member I had acupuncture done a few more times and the crawling feeling in my leg is gone. I know everything does not work for everyone but I am glad I found something that works for me. I hope it works for you as well
@A MyMSTeam Member: That's great! Are you continuing to go and still seeing benefits from it? That's great that you were able to get some range of motion back.
I have done Acupuncture twice so far, and will be doing it bi-monthly from now on. I think it actually has helped the neuropathy in the balls of my feet. Because there are times when I'm able to walk around the house bare foot which is normally always out of the question. It does make you feel immediately relaxed, but you have to go quite a bit for it to work on progressive problems and deficiencies :(
I had acupuncture for the first time. I have foot drop on the right side and difficulty walking because I drag my leg instead of lifting when walking. After months of nagging from a friend I went. It wasn't bad.
Afterwards I can walk normal. It's amazing. My muscles hurt from years of improper use but it feels great to walk again. An added bonus is I can put on my own shoes when sitting. And I can put my right leg into pants without help.
I have acupuncture once a month and CranioSacral Therapy once a month, so every 2 weeks have a treatment. I find it very relaxing (as I mean my body relaxes more then if I just try and relax by myself ) and I do feel less pain and more energy for a few days after. I haven't been doing this for very long so hopefully with this treatment and the warmer weather coming things will improve. Good luck let us know how it all goes for you.
Didn't make much difference for me, waste of time in my opinion but does actually work for other people
