Hi Diana. I never noticed hair thinning but it could have been happening a bit. I won't be much help for you on that question. I can't remember how long I was on it even. Perhaps 6 months to a year? It was over 10 yrs ago that I stopped taking it. I had to go off of it because I had reactions to the shot daily and for that reason I was paying alot more attention to how it was impacting me in a negative way. Everyone is different so what works for one isn't always what works for someone else. I also have a slow thyroid and that can cause hair thinning. Maybe something like that is affecting your hair.

I have only been on Copaxone for a year and a half (while trying Tecfidera for two months) and I have not had that side effect. However, that does not mean it isn't happening. Have you mentioned this to your Doc?

Glatopa (generic copaxone) I started it in October. I had some hair loss the first month. After that there has been no issue. --- I hope this comment is helpful.

I was on it for over 5 yrs. no hair thinning for me, but every is different.

I have only used it a few months no I haven't noticed anything yet
