MS tremors - have them often. I try breathing techniques to calm my mind.

I get random shaking in my hands (particularly my left one) - it usually kicks in when I'm trying to do something that requires fine motor skills. I find if I pause and take a deep breath, I can usually get it under control.

Yes, and I hate when that happens. Lots better than before though. There was a time when I couldn't write at all!

Well I'm a trained nail technician. I retrained a couple yrs ago as I didn't think I cud carry on in retail because I have bad knees so since my ms diagnosis I've been thinking when I can no longer cope in retail nails it will b but these shakes/tremors have blown that idea out of the water xx

Yes I have! I the shakes, tremors whatever you want to call them will drive you crazy. You cannot do anything with your hands until they subside.
