I've noticed lately that my toes look like they are beginning to curl. It's not painful unless I'm wearing shoes that aren't open toed. (Tennis shoes) Has anyone else had this experience? I also get a lot of pins and needles in my toes, worse in my smaller toes.

Yes! I hate it. It happens after a warm bath or when I'm on my feet too long. The pins and needles I don't have but sometimes the soles feel like they're on fire.

I don't know if my toes actually curl but they do feel like it when I'm in tennies. If I can, I take the shoe off and manually work the toes to get the feeling to subside.

Yes, yes and yes!! I have the same EXACT thing (curling is worse in my left foot...and worse on outer three toes). But both feet experience tingly, pins and needles. Plus the "on fire" issue, for me, is at its' worse at night. Have you noticed a timing trend or is it all the time for you?

It kind of helps, in a strange way, to know that I am not the only one with these issues. :)
