I have aches in my right hip and knee, partly caused by foot drop related compensation but also other bad habits and balance issues. I recommend asking for a referral to a physical therapist so they can check for anything that seems off.

I just quit taking Tecfidera because my knee pain was so bad. I was having a very hard time going up and down stairs. I had been on Tecfidera for about 6 months and my knees were fine previous to taking it. I have been off it for 1 week now and my knees are starting to feel slightly better.

I was on Tecfidera and all was fine. Then 6 months in I started having really bad joint pain in fingers wrists elbows ankles and knees. It got so bad I couldn't drive or get in the shower. I was very stiff as well. I decided to stop taking Tecfidera within 2 days all the pain and stiffness had gone.

I am not even on tecfidera and have this issue so I wonder if the med has anything to do with it or not. Sorry if I jumped in on a med question didn't see the tecfidera tag until now

Mine too but my hips way more plus my lower back...my left side worse as well. I had to get off Tecfedera. I now am on Aubagio
