On your good days what do you do to keep your mind occupied?

I read magazines and books and try to get physical by swimming and stretching. I also do yard work if it isn't too warm outside. I also like hanging out at home with my pets (3 dogs and a cat) and I love to do things in the kitchen. My days are full of so many different activities while my husband and son work full time. I have had MS for over 20 years and I am blessed that my attitude remains positive and the disease is under control for me right now.

On my hood days I do things I couldn't get done otherwise. Keeps my mind occupied.
