Been told I need to stop smoking aswel as loose weight. I'm vaping at the mo but all I want to do is eat. So my question is......which do i do first because both at the same time is clearly not working for me. Loose weight n start Pilates then give up smoking or give up smoking n continue putting on the weight then after 6mnths loose weight n start Pilates ? Chocolate or fags ? Lol

I was smoking 20 to 30 a day and i started when i was 10 years old so i smoked for 58 years and know i have stopped for 5 years and i don't think I'm going to start again. If I was you Lanna i would give up smoking first and let the weight take care of itself any way you look fine it's not like you're carrying to much anyway.

I e cut right down from 20 a day to about 3 only at work but generally I don't miss the fags. Hen I'm at home I try and keep busy to stop myself from snacking and so far as good and with the heat starting to climb I tend to eat less πŸ˜ƒ xx
