Like to hear any experiences as to first time experiencing "ms hug" (I think this is term but could be wrong) etc.

My daughter went to ER this evening complaining severe abdominal pain under her rib cage she described to me pain felt as if someone wrapped a belt around her insides and tightens it tight as ever pain was excruciating.

I remember hearing once a symptom similar to this I believe referred to as ms hug but I could be wrong...

my diaphragm seemed to spasm for two weeks. came amd left. Painful hard to breathe. like a panic attack but not one.

My MS hug feels more like a band of numbness wrapped all the way around the Rib cage area all the way around that section of the body.

Is backlofen a different type of muscle spasm med than gabapentin? She is currently on a spasm med just started on recently for neck spasms. Prior to ganapentin they had her on I believe it called nortriptyline?

Give her Vitamin D. Vitamin D seems to be what a lot of MS patients do not have enough of.
