Once in a great while I will get the nite sweats, what causes It I have no Idea. I try to drink alot of water, I recently purchased a Vitev water filter which turns your regular tap water into a higher ph and higher alkaline water. Hoping it will help.

Holy crap yes! I can't regulate my body temp day or night. At night I sweat and during the day it's the chills. I get the friggin chills and shivers all the time. It can be 90 out and I'm in a perfectly cooled room at 73 and everyone else feels great and I'm freezing. Running joke in my office is how much of a sauna it is in my office from me running my little portable ceramic heater. I honestly used to think it was hormonal but now it happens all the time doesn't matter what time of the month.
