Your blood work comes back with blood count abnormal and what does the neurologist do about it if anything? Just called to check on my lab work from my pc doctor and everything came back normal except this.

My MS specialist doctor orders bloodwork every month, mostly to check my liver enzymes, but also watches everything else as it is normal with MS for results to flucate, usually they will call you or their MA will call if they are concerned, but if you are concerned, by all means, call them and ask, that's what you pay your dr's for.

My white blood count was abnormal last year and my neurologist changed my medication. However, I would talk to my doctor and express any concern. Good luck.

My neurologist ordered blood work. My vitamin D level was elevated. The nurse call and instructed me to stop taking vitamin D. My next visit repeated blood work. Later received a call stating results was in normal range. Periodically he check my levels.
