I Read That Some Vitamins Can "HELP" Some People With MS - But Is It B12???

Does anyone know anything about vitamins and MS?
I cannot recall 100%, but I think it was B12. (PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I WRONG)

The Vit. D3 deficiency is NOT only due to MSer's and an intolerance for heat therefore not being in the sun AS much. But it is a vitamin that is crucial for the neurological symptom.
So if you figure that MS is a disease with damaged brains and spinal cords it's not too surprising that Vitamin D3 would be deficient.

You can go up to 50,000 icu's a week. It really took about two months, but I did notice a difference in the decrease of the muscle spasms. They're still there, but not as frequently nor as severe (charlie horse kind).
