I have developed extreme spasticity in both legs and foot drop in both feet, which has thrown my balance completely off. I now use a walker to get around. This has began in less than two years but I've had ms for 12 years. Has anyone experienced this type of mobility issue but now able to walk? If so, what did you do that helped?

Speak with your doctor about a referral for physical therapy. The therapists can teach you exercises and stretches that may help you regain some of your mobility. Also an AFO (Ankle foot orthotic) can help with foot drop. This is something your Dr would prescribe and you get fitted for it...usually at a medical supply store. Hope your situation improves!

Thank everyone for your feedback. So far most of the suggestions are being practiced by me already. I'm on many supplements, definitely vitamin D, and been on ampyra for 4 months. Prayer, courage, faith, family and sound mind is now and always will be my number 1 focus.
