Nerves

Not sure how to ask this so I will just say what happened to me yesterday and go from there. Probably about 4 hours yesterday it felt like my whole insides were just shaking and then my right hand has developed a slight shake to it. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I have been experiencing this for a few days now and wondering if there is a way to get them to calm down.I say that I feel like my nerves are dancing and I am trying to sit still but it doesn't feel like I am.

Yes I have had that same sensation, it's like all the sudden both my hands are on a running lawn mower, not painful just kinds scary.
