I have some issues too with incontinence..I plan my day. if I know I'm going out don't drink. I always go before I leave house. Planning places to go for bathroom visits close to where u are helps. Just in case u need bathroom run.

We have district nurses who come to our house and fit the urethral catheters. I'm hoping to have training to do it myself for Sue. I hoPE she'll agree? Hmmmm!

i am Sue's husband/carer and the best thing we have ever done with MS is to have a urethral catheter inserted. It makes life totally diifferent for us both. I hope you don't mind my posting.

Get poise pads and discuss with your doctor. You'll likely need to be seen by a urologist.
