When the degrees are under 70, my fingers get cold, turn white, and hurt. I go thru hot packs so much I buy them on Amazon by the case. Anyone else deal with this? What do you do the help it? Anyone done therapy for it?

You might talk to your doctor about Reynaud's disease. I have had that happen quite a few times and it is very painful and discomforting.

Likely Reynaud's, like others have said. My mom used to have this - went gradually went away when she was in her 50's but was a major pain before that for her. She used those reuseable hand heater bags that she would keep in her coat pockets or purse. You boil them to reactivate. They do really work. XX (You'll find many styles to choose from on Amazon by entering "reusable hand warmers click heat" in the search bar.)

I experience this in my fingers in colder months and in my toes all year long. I believe I have irreversible damage to my toes because they hurt like a burning and ongoing pain all times of the year. Warm water helps my fingers and hand warmers I wear inside light soft gloves when indoors n heavier or warmer gloves when outside.

My daughter gets this, it’s called Raynaud’s Disease, I’m sending you a picture of what her fingers look like when this happens. There isn’t much that can be done except running her fingers under warm water. Hope this info helps.

Reynaud's is a real inconvenience, plus an embarrassment.
