I was diagnosed in 1982 & had to walk with a cane for several years. But, I was able to regain my strength, & was able to put the cane down! Each person's ms is different! Best wishes & try your best to keep a positive attitude! You will be fine!!!

I was diagnosed in 1997. I am grateful for not needing the wheelchair. I bike, swim, and do many strethening exercises

I am not in one. What i do is exercises from physical therapy.
This helps with my walker.
