Does anyone else get restless legs when they are really tired? Mine get to the point where I have to lay down to get them to stop.

My neurologist prescribed ropinerole (requip) for RLS. It bothered me a lot when I worked as a de instructor and any long trip as a passenger in a vehicle. I only take it as needed now.

My restless legs stay under control for the most part by taking Ropinirole, but if I eat sweets before bedtime, watch out....my legs jump until they hurt, and I get very little sleep that night.
