Hey guys, so I was diagnosed with MS last year. They started me on Gilenya and it destroyed my immune system, so I couldn't stay on in. Been on Copaxone for 6 or 8 months and just had new symptoms. I haven't seen my MRI yet or talked to my doc, but her nurse called and said they want to switch my meds and I should look into Tysabri or Lemtrada. I did Techfidera & then I was on Tysabri a year after being diagnosed. Both did not work. I went & did HSCT to solve my issues but if I couldn't Lemtrada was my next choice. Everything else is never ending. Orals for ever, injectables or infussions for ever. Lemtrada is the only FDA approved medicine that atacks the B & T Cells. They are the underlying of the disease.
Tysabri all the way. Have neuro check you first for JCV virus first. Simple blood test .i love it. Kept me symptom free for almost 3 years!

i was getting worst on copax, than try gilenia for a moth. didnt do anything.than was put on 6weeks now the forth with no meds to start lemtrada. hard weeks.
I love Tysabri. You will be tested periodically for the JC virus, which many people carry.
