Hello guys, I have a question for u all. I'm not sure if to worry and call my neurologist or if I should let it pass and is nothing major. Since last week my eyes, mostly my right eye, has been twitching on and off. It's getting annoying but am wondering if this is a symptom or if I need to call my neurologist about this. Any ideas/help is very much appreciated. I'm not really stressed either and the heat/humidity have gotten me but I've been staying in for the same reason. Suggestions?
I don't have an obvious problem with eye twitching, but it is not uncommon with MS. Always get things checked out though, just in case it's something else that we overlook because we assume it's MS. Better to be safe than sorry.
My neuro suggested I take magnesium first to see if that would help. If not then we would go to different measures.
My eyes twitch all the time. I have told my neurologist about it. I notice my eyes twitch more after a long day.
That was one of my symptoms before my diagnosis , my left eye twitched for about a week then I woke up one morning left side of my face went numb so finally after a month I finally got to a neurologist , and I was put on steroids , you might want to mention to neuro just in case it's an exacerbation
I have had that, and my Dr said that it's a result of a long time of stress.
