Members shared heartfelt and faith-filled answers to the question of how you know you are blessed, with many pointing to personal growth, daily gratitude, and a deepening relationship with God as signs of blessing even through illness. Several members described how their health struggles taught them humility, flexibility, and the power of trust, with one member sharing how illness helped transform their personality for the better and another reflecting on finding peace and love after being removed from a stressful path. A recurring theme was that blessings are not always obvious but can be found in simply waking up, carrying on, and believing that things could always be worse.

I look at where I am now from when I got sick and I compare. I can tell you it's true: I'm a GIMP. God
Improved
My
Personality

I have time to listen. I had to stop being so proud and learn to ask for help. I have become flexible because sometimes I can and sometimes i just can't do what I promised. I have learned to say NO in a nice way.

It's a process. I'm not where I ought to be. But I'm not what I once was. But God is not done with me yet.

What a beautiful question. The Holy Spirit is not tangible, obviously; however the Spirit fills Christians up with Faith and Love. Everyone shares their Faith in their own way. Some are vocal, some are musical and what about those humble souls that keep the churches and missions functioning. Although it is easy to identify these people, I am of firm belief that Most of the Blessings that most of us are supposed to experience happen in businesses; big and small. The change in the business model of Global Commerce has Americans, their newest traders encountering Global religion issues. The Blessing that the Lord provided me was to remove me from this model as I was failing as a Christian, but Oh Man was I succeeding in the Business Place. He has delivered me from this den to a sense of Peace and total contentment. I think although I have a very nagging, painful, and frustrating illness; I am me again. Before I conclude my life, whenever that will be, I've been given a chance to be humble again. Thank you Jesus! He also made it possible to meet a Christian Man who loves me very much and I love in return. Life is budding. We don't know, we all may be blessed with a cure soon. My Grandmother always told me that asking for a miracle is the easy part; being ready to receive it takes work!
