Hahahaha! I can so relate to "that you remember." My memory and concentration has definitely taken a wrong path along the way. Some days, worse than others. I do find that if I overdo it and don't get the rest I need, it is worse. It also stands out in the crowd when I am in a crowd. I don't know why that is, but when I get in a situation I am not familiar with, I become this bumbling idiot that can't remember my own name, let alone what I had for lunch. It can alienate you from social activities, so I try to rest up and have a partner that will come to my rescue if need be, when I do go out and about. Sometimes it amazes even me what comes out of my mouth before I get the looks from whoever is in the group I am in. It makes little to no sense, the things I say. I just have to get over it. It gets easier, but I will admit, I don't do a lot of social things because I can't keep up with the conversation and can't remember the right word or person's name. It's embarrassing and it makes me sad to feel so inadequate. I like to say, it could be worse. Such is life. Laugh about it and the world laughs with you.

I write things down and also set a lot of reminders on my phone. One thing that has also helped me is a suggestion i got at an MS support meeting. This may sound crazy but i try to exercise my mind as much as possible. By this i mean doing things like cross word puzzles, playing Sudoku, and even the old kids game Simon. I honestly believe that after awhile it has helped to remember better.

Having arranged three different things for tomorrow all at similar times I'm probably not in a position to give any advice.
I have bought a page a day diary for next year and I am going to start writing far more in it. I am even going to include important information given to me.

Thank you.....I find saying what I need to do 3 times loudly, sometimes helps. It's generally the fuzziness and confusion in my head creates the problem. So if I have a good day I will make an effort to catch up on life. 😳 X

I can remember what happened 20 years ago but not 20 mins ago. That's MS for you.
