I have been having what can only be described as a pressure feeling inside my head for the past few days. It isn't really pain, just pressure - like my brain is going to explode. It comes and goes and has peaks and valleys throughout the day. Sometimes I also get this tiny bit of dizziness for like 2 or three seconds then it goes away. Has anyone had anything similar to this? This is new for me as all of my other symptoms have been sensory. I don't even know if this is MS related. Any… read more
Sounds like your cranial nerves are being affected which isn't uncommon. Like many nerve issues it can come and go but remember, damage to nerves can take up to 2 years to repair so prepare yourself with having to live with it for a while at least. I had loads of head nerve issues 2 years ago which have largely resolved now, try not to worry too much, it's only a feeling and feelings won't kill you, this is where you have to be strong and put up with your imperfections and not become a burden to those around you. Not accusing you of doing that, just something to be aware of, a lot of people can't deal with hearing about others chronic illness, better to sound off your frustrations on a site like this to others that share your plight, experience has taught me. Bit off topic but I thought relevant.
I get this often feeling light headed, pressure in head & dizziness. It started after I had a nasty vertigo attack. I take cinnarrazine for this only 2 tablets 15mg each & it sorts everything out. I find with the pressure massaging eyebrow area helps as pain is in this region. Hope this helps x

I can't be much clearer in conveying a non attacking sentiment, was simply pointing out 1 if the possible pitfalls of future life, you can take it on board or not, it's your choice.
You're lucky to have a strong support system around you, many don't and many used to but don't anymore as a result of having the disease. Life never stays still and things happen, given the right (or wrong) set of circumstances we all have the potential to be left alone and isolated.
At no point have I used words such as complaining or whining, that's the spin you have put on reading my post, better you taking your over sensitivity on me than those around you though.
You're welcome.
Also meant @ coolness. I hate autocorrect!
I have this quite often when I get too tired.. Makes me feel really light headed when the pressure releases
