Any suggestions on how to deal with numb hands? Always numb feet but never numb hands! Really getting frustrated here!

Get a stress ball or tennis ball (or something squeezable) and use it when you have numb hands. It doesn't necessarily take away the numbness, but it helps me cope with it. #MSlife

My hands only turned numb over the winter when it was cold or I ran them under cool water. I also had an active C-5 lesion in October that started it all (I also kept dropping things and cutting myself with the knife in the kitchen). Have you left a message with your neuro. It may be time for an MRI my dear. Sorry to hear you're dealing with this now when you have so many things going on. Take care of yourself girl and don't push too hard.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their advice & ideas about numb hands. It's nice to know ur not alone sometimes! My feet r numb 24/7 but the hands r so much more difficult mostly because I still work so I use my hands a lot! This has been 24/7 as well & it's horrible! @A MyMSTeam Member u r sooo right about ur hair feeling like straw when u wash it! I keep washing my hands like I can wash it away! Lol! I have been stretching them a lot as a lot of people suggested. Hopefully ice will help. No luck so far! Hopefully I don't break anything at work! Anyway thanks again!😊❤️

I use an exercise ball, squeezing it helps with circulation.
