Thanks Shep for the advise. I have my blood tested regularly and a month ago, my doc said my tests were the best Ive ever had. I can go into detail but that'll bore you.

I take 10,000 imp units a day of vit D per day. This was described to me by by Dr Michael Arata in California. 5000 just isn't enough for a person with MS.

Be sure to check your bloodwork with your doctor @A MyMSTeam Member. Mine just called today and said my level was at 90. She is recommending I go down to 2,000 a day. Crazy, it was so low before I started the pills last October!
