Does anyone use a cooling vest to regulate body temperature?

I don't have the heat issue anymore but when I did, I would use the freezer ice packs. The MS Center also give away some noodle thing you fill with cold water & put around your neck. Never used one but a friend says it works pretty good.
I got one and it did not work. It was heavy and if you are in the sun it melts fast. Get yourself a cooling towel. I use frog toggs and it's helped me.
Yes , the vest for me is wkd helpful/useful
I wouldn't use it because; I rarely leave my home. It also appears too clunky. Thanks to Shared Solutions, I have plenty of free soft gel packs and cooling neck wraps in my freezer to cool me on hot days. I also have plenty of solid gel packs in my freezer because my Copaxone is delivered via mail.
Why not stuff the inside of a hat with a frozen soft gel pack to keep cool?
Lol.๐ What do I do? ๐ Reduce, reuse, and recycle. I have enough ice packs to fill several backpacks or, strategically create my own twin bed.๐Either way, I'd be keeping cool while saving $$$ instead of purchasing that expensive vest.
@A MyMSTeam Member that's my lucky number too! It was our wedding date 10-27-16
