Interesting tidbit. My arms and hands numb out from elbows down. Sometimes I wake up and have to shake my arms to wake them up. Neuro said if it starts from the shoulder to the hands, MS. From just elbows to hands, something else. So I went to Orthopaedic. He said I sleep w elbows bent pinching off nerve. Said to sleep with arms straight even if you have to wrap them up in a sheet. Like a mummy. I thought, seriously.

One thing I'm glad I did - went to physical therapy until I was 'Plumb and Square' again after falling six times within a year. Work on strengthening your foundation. Remember calisthenics from childhood? - try to do those, taking your time - not like back in the day. Stretch stretch stretch to get the spaces back!

Could be a nerve either by MS or disc displacement in your neck, but MRI would show disc displacement. It's a mystery. I get same issues but have disc issues in my neck and spine also.
