I am not sure if diet helps, I am vegetarian/vegan for spiritual reasons and I am involved with animal rescue and sanctuary. I am almost 60 years old and my Neurologist says based on my disease and age I am doing very well. My lesions are just on my brain, but none in my spine and I just started to use a cane for leg weakness 6 months ago. I think MS is different for each person. I never had treatment for it other than medication for my trigeminal neuralgia and a muscle relaxer for flare ups. But it may have nothing to do with my diet.

I used to be however dr didn't like it wanted me to eat more protein which I did but he still wants me to eat meat so I try and I eat meat a bit of the time . However I just eat healthy an raw as much as I can. No special diet works majic. Just eat a healthy diet and avoid things that are full Of chemicals.
