I take Vitamin D (3000 IU a day), but someone recently told me to take 2500 IU Vitamin C and see a health food store for better information about multi-vitamins.

i take 5,000 IU biotin and 10,000 mg D3 as per my Dr. and I also take Niagen and a specially formulated multi vitamin packet
from Arbonne that is calibrated to dissolve at the right rate so that you get optimal results as if you were taking the vitamins all day long but you only actually have to take one packet a day (i think it's 5 pills)
