Do anybody have night sweats to the point you have to get up and change clothes in the middle of the night? If so, what have you found to help it? I'm tired of this. I keep forgetting to ask my pp about it and I don't remember it until it happens again.

Members responding to the question about night sweats shared that many experience this frustrating symptom, with some noting it started before diagnosis and others linking it to medications or diet. Several members found relief through practical adjustments like using a fan, switching to lighter pajamas and blankets, or identifying a dietary trigger such as a splenda allergy. A recurring theme was that night sweats are disruptive and exhausting, and members encouraged each other to bring it up with their doctors while sharing small coping strategies that helped them get more rest.

I have had night sweat before I got diagnosed but haven't really had them since. I think my has something to do with my meds. Not really sure why they stopped. Whatever it was I'm glad they stopped

I was, right before I was diagnosed. The only thing that really changed was my diet. I had been drinking a LOT of ensure. I found out it has splenda in it and I'm allergic to it. within a month of stopping that the sweats stopped completely.
