I have gone to 3 different groups........the 1st one nobody wanted to talk about anything having to do with ms, just a social thing I guess, the 2nd one was all about meds and technical subjects and the 3rd was about emotional issues........you just pick one and go try it out.

I go to two. Love them! I am fairly new to MS so it's nice to talk to others 😃 hope you go and enjoy!
