I do have it and it is random. sometimes a few minutes or hours. I also try to walk the speed that I used to but then I have to stop so either my head or feet catch up. I am not sure which but it irritates me, when I am really off I will not drive cause it comes and goes at the flip of a switch. Those days are really sucky but I do my best to stay positive and not get frustrated as I know I don't get to flip the switch.

Yes all the time my neuro had me pick up some meczaline from the pharmacy. You can get it over the counter. It does help, good luck.
