I completely lost vision in my right eye on my first flair up.It was like a flashlight was shinning in it all the time. I was so dizzy if I turned my head to fast or layed down I would get sick. Muscle cramps the head aches. Fatigue is awful. I was diagnosed 7\16 I have had 3 flaire ups. My vision is usually the main symptom of my flair up. So one of my signs is my vision gets more blurry.

Each flare is different for each person. I went to several different specialist during a flare and each of them said vertigo. Finally on the 5th one I had I called an eye specialist I had seen preciously and he sent me to my Neuro who recognized it and did an MRI and called me that night saying I had MS

I get random numbness(mainly hands & feet). But also suffer with vertigo & iritis. (the iris of my eye is a steroid junkie)

My leg weakness gets rediculous to the point I can hardly walk. This past one affected by right side and left me with right arm and hand weakness. My facial symptoms worsen as well as the pain inside my mouth, tongue numbness and some speech issues. I have bladder probs which tend to flare up during a relapse, but thankfully thus far have gotten better afterwards. Hoping that doesnt become a permanent thing. Ive actually never had optic neuritis. I have had "jumping" vision aka oscillopsia before but not in over a year. Fatigue and leg spasticity are a constant problem these days. Crazy disease!
