Every minute you spend with your neurologist is precious. Since your neurologist is trained in treating multiple sclerosis (MS), they’re usually the best doctor to talk to about how to manage MS symptoms. They can also recommend self-care steps and lifestyle changes to help you feel your best. You may see your MS specialist only a few times a year, so each appointment counts. Arriving prepared to talk about your symptoms and concerns in detail will help you get the answers you need.

If you want to find ways to feel better with MS, fill out this checklist. You’ll get custom questions to ask your neurologist at your next appointment.
