@A MyMSTeam Member, you're absolutely right food does play a Big Role in our overall health! I say this because I have a good friend that doesn't use any disease modifying drugs,and her neurologist has reported there's a remylinating taking place. She added her neurologist doesn't understand it, but at all,and she's a believer that healthy eating does play a Big Role in MS.

@A MyMSTeam Member, I only take B-12,potassium,and Omega 3 supplements. I also massage my body daily with a mixture of sesame and frankincense oils daily along with shower with epsom salt shower gel( lavender oil- I get the best rest too!!)

Thank you for posting this!! The foods we eat are very important!! I was diagnosed two years ago. I went vegan, started exercising, and drinking lots of water. I have experienced great improvement!! I take vitamins and natural supplements to manage MS. It's not for everyone but it works for me.

Thanks for sharing. I get conflicted when I see the whole grains though. Since I have gone gluten and dairy free, I guess I quinoa and brown rice will fill in this category.

Interesting I do take Vitamin D3, Ginger root, Magnesium,Potassium and B-12 supplements
