To all the MS women out there. Have you had to stop wearing your heels because after taken them off after having them on for a while you end up with spasms in your feet?

This just started happening to me the last few times I've worn my heels to church. Is it the end of the road for me and my heels? :(

My neurologist told me to stop wearing heels. I came in for a visit with him and had shoes on that just have a maybe 3/4 inch square heal on them and he told me to "take off those God-awful shoes" and walk for him. He keeps telling me to stick to flats, but it's hard. I like tennis shoes and boots the best, but you can't always wear them.
