I am finding buying shoes horrendous. I have wide feet as it is and cannot buy any shoes with a rubber bottom as if my brain forgets to inform my leg to pick up, it stays on the floor and I fall. I am using calf high boots all the time as I pick my legs up with the top of my boots to move them!! Trainers are also out of the question as they have a rubber bottom. Help and advice will be much appreciated. Regards to all x

Ooh shoes! My fave. Im a firm believer in quality anymore. I like Sofft brand or B.o.c. brand. Theres non rubber bottoms too, Im sure. I have wide feet and they have a lot of styles for our feet. Keen brand may have something.

I always felt like wedges or slight heels on sandals improved my gait and walking, no clue why! I feel like I’m waddling with trainers on. The only type I like were those old Nike ones that had the heels made with spring like structures.

No, I really do.

The high heels and stockings make walking really difficult...
