I have lived for 63+ years on my food and haven't got many problems and I have consumed a lot of beer in my early years. This has not brought on MS just gave me a good life. I have never been on a diet or modified food by any company or person. If it hasn't affected me so far then it won't.

There are a few dietary suggestions out there for people with MS. Some are quite contradictory. Dr. Wahls (who claims, she stopped her MS with he change of diet) suggests a modified paleo diet without grain and dairy and Dr. Swank thinks, that red meat, beef and pork are not good and he suggests wholegrain and low fat dairy. And there are other suggestions, which differ quite significantly. They all agree in certain areas though. Lots of vegetables of all colours, fresh or steamed or fried, No processed food, very little or no sugar (that means not too much fruit as well), only healthy fats (no margarine, no standard vegetable oils, but very high quality olive oil, or cold pressed coconut oil or hemp oil and everything as organic as possible. Hope that helps a bit. God bless you

No gluten, dairy or processed sugar. Lots of fruit and vegetables, and proteins that positively feed the mitochondria. A focus on reducing foods that contribute to inflammation in the body.
