Does anyone else legs feel like they're sitting in a big bucket of ice all the time.

Yes. All the time.
I try a few things. 1. elevate for 15 min. 2. Use peppermint or eucalyptus oil behind my knees/ankles/lower back. The brain gets "Confused" and focuses on the cool sensation for a while. 3. Warm bath 4. acupuncture/ massage help for a few days... 5. Breathe and accept that its part of my life. That I am so HAPPY to be walking again--and so I get ice/fire/Ants...Use it to spur gratitude...
Hang in there.
:-)
