Anyone else get wicked vertigo for like 24 hours following their infusion?

Been on Tysabri for 3 years and, although I feared side effects based on everything I read online, I never had a side effect. However, I have been sitting in a room every month with other ms patients, and I have learned that some patients definitely suffer a range of side effects but it seems to be more the exception than the rule.

I'm usually discombobulated for the next day or two after my infusion. I get mine on Friday mornings so if I go back to work I know I won't be super productive. I'll typically spend the next day on the couch. I just plan accordingly.

I haven't started injections yet, however, vertigo seems to be an issue for me more than it was. My doctor said vertigo may get worse with the injections.
