I've been taking it once a week since May with no side effects. (I was actually hoping to gain some energy once my levels went up but no such luck.) My levels went from 15 back then to 44 currently though.

No side affects and have actually had dr prescribe it consistently due to ms makes you deficient in vitamin D. Have been on constantly for 4 yrs.

I took 50k every week.........no side effects. I only stopped because insurance wouldn't cover it anymore.

I take once a week. 60000mg. No side effects for once

My D was so low...I am supposed to take daily...no side effects and easy to take.
