I am getting episodes where during the day in my left arm I will get the "tingles". My hairs stand up, it feels like my skin is crawling almost exactly like pins and needles and I get goosebumps. This ONLY happens on my left arm and it's such a pain. My tingles and goosebumps do not quite hurt, but they feel very uncomfortable as though if it was a little more intense it would really hurt. Ya I don't want to gross you out but I have felt the sensation of bugs crawling on my scalp so realistically that I had myself checked for lice by a professional; I have felt creepy crawlies on my skin so distinctly that I dusted my mattress for mites. Turns out it's neurological and it's called formication. If you're getting goose bumps my suggestion is to acknowledge it with a quick thought and then move on with what you were doing. You could even give it a name to take away its power. Like, "Oh, there go those fire ants again." or "Hello again, Creepy Charlie, my old nemesis!"
Eww I hate the crawling feeling!!! I get that on my face and head. Here recently I burnt myself on my wrist and the crawling went up my arm and over my head freaky!
Then they start to spasm which are quite painful.
I get that in my legs it drives me crazy and then they stfrg
Your not paranoid I get that feeling in both arms.
