I agree. I wish i could replace my thermostat in my body. There is no rhyme or reason why i am cold when its hot and hot when its cold. I know from others on my team that this is a big issue.

Done with menopause but still hot and cold and it doesn't matter what the temperature is at any given time. Internal thermostat doesn't work. But if I'm hot it is not a good thing.

yes, i went through it for a month or two but assumed it was pre-menopause cuz i'm 54 and it eventually stopped on its own. I was never sure or found it if it was ms related.

i tend to get hot even when it is cold. my doctor told me it was part of my M.S. Episodes and that i am to stay cool at all times.

I went to my doctor at the age of 41 complaining of soaking night sweats. He said it was peri-menopause and would clear up on its own. Not sure what kind of timeline he had in mind... I'm still waiting. I'm now 45 (and still having a period)...
