Does anyone experience more numbness and tingling ( mainly the numbness) get a lot worse at night in your limbs? or even when laying down for a bit or sitting still for any length of time? I don't mean off and on either just slowly more and more as time goes on? any feedback would be great ! thanks!!
Yes, my arm & hand pain is worse at night as well-and I can forget about sleeping on my left side since that seems to bother my left arm & hand even more. My dr has me taking an increased dosage of gabapentin at night, but I still haven't noticed that it's helping. I have to lay on my right side & prop my left arm & hand on a pillow to go to sleep. I agree with MeganC1985- maybe it's because we're not as active at night, and therefore, we notice it more.
Definitely have that issue! I was just being bothered by my hand as I was reading your post. I think it's because we're winding down and not as active maybe? My right side it's affected the most and it's such a pain since that's my dominant side.
I too suffer the same symptoms in my left arm and hand but not in the right. I usually flex my fingers and move/rub my arm and it eases, very frustrating though....
I had bilateral carpel tunnel release and WHAT A DIFFERENCE in terms of my hands. Now get it in my arms and hands, only this time it has to do with my shoulders and herniated cervical discs. Only deal with spasticity in legs.
