Since returning to work 3 weeks ago I have noticed my fatigue has been really kicking my butt. I work full time nothing too physical but when I get off work I'm sleep the rest of the day until I wake up for work the next morning. Can anyone recommend something to help with this? I'm thinking about getting some B 12 vitamins? Anyone else dealing with sort of problem? I feel like I'm always sleeping with no energy to do the things I enjoy like working out, spending time with family/friends… read more
Yeah it's a balancing act alright. Maybe don't leap right into crossfit training. See what your body can tolerate without totally wiping you out the next day.
Me too! I work full time; Project Assistant. Love my job; but I am toast at 3:30pm. I go straight home and I am out. I don't eat dinner, too tired-don't see friends or socialize as I use to and/or I conserve my energy for the next day. I used to have 3 jobs........now I am down to one ( of course it is my bread and butter job; so I need to be functional! Prayers for all of us!
Fatigue really sucks..I battled for some years working with MS and I would collapse and just have to sleep when I got home. It hits at anytime with me not to mention the concentration and focus levels. It got to the point that I could no longer do the job that I was employed to do...I still suffer fatigue but the difference is now that I can actually take a nap and manage my symptoms far more easily..does not change what I have just able to take better control and focus more on my health than trying to work full time with my MS.
The fatigue is the uncontrollable demon ...I've tried numerous drugs from my neuro over the years...yet nothing has helped. The sunshine makes me feel better mentally, but I'm afraid does nothing to combat the fatigue . I do take a full regimen that includes a b12 shot. Vit D and Tumeric , recently added in Collagen daily as well.
Hope you find the magic somewhere🤗
I got a little help from extra vitamins and minerals . So good luck . I just have to rest a lot in between doing anything times .
