I'm fairly new to MS this but I found out very quickly that yes mood swings are there. God love my husband because he's learning as I'm learning. But I'm learning to be aware and try very very difficult to control them anxiety is horrible too.

My tolerance is very low on some days, so people annoy me more then. Some days my mood is low, but I still try to smile, and get on with things, in work. People's understanding or ignorance affects my mood the most!

I should let my husband and daughters answer this one! Yes, they are normal. So much fun....hot flashes from menopause and the all the lovely things MS sends our way...Now why would that cause a mood swing or two?
