I have secondary progressive MS, and for years have gone as long as 10 to 12 days with no BM. But now I am at in continent like every day?

I was constipated all my life. After reading about a connection between dairy and constiipation, I gave up dairy and finally at age 63, I don't have that problem anymore. If I have dairy now, I can get diarrhea until I get back on track. I don't know if this had anything to do with you, but doesn t hurt to try it.
